Great Customer service @ Happy Hygge Gifts

Not only are the gift selections at Happy Hygge Gifts very creative and inviting, their customer service is excellent as well. I recently purchased one of their "boxes" for my Mother's Birthday. I had the shipping rushed so it would be there in time for her birthday. Unfortunately, somehow the Unit # was left off the address, so when USPS couldn't deliver it, they immediately returned to sender. Long story short, but Happy Hygge stayed in communication with me throughout. They received the returned gift box in a couple of days and promptly added the unit # to the address and re-shipped it, at no additional expense to me. My Mother received the gift in just a few short days and loved all of the items in the box. Happy Hygge was delightful to work with and I look forward to using them again in the future for their creative gift boxes. Thank you!

CAN I SEND A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes. You can include a gift message with your order once you have added it to your cart. When you click on the cart icon, you will see a text field form below your item. This is where you can add your message.

Please note that if you select "Buy it now" without adding an item to the cart first, then you won't be able to see the gift message option, and you'll need to click on the cart icon to see it.
