Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that the estimated delivery date displayed at checkout is provided by the shipping carriers directly, and while we make every effort to meet these estimates, we do not have control over the package once it leaves our warehouse. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or issue refunds for delays caused by the shipping carriers—this applies to all shipping methods, including expedited options. 

If you need your gift to arrive by a specific date, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your timeline.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR MISSED DELIVERY DATES.

BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR STORE, INCLUDING OUR SHIPPING POLICY.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping - bulk orders: We offer $13.95 ground flat rate shipping to USA. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@happyhyggegifts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or picked up by the shipping carrier from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@happyhyggegifts.com with your order confirmation number and cancellation request.

We will review the status of your order and confirm whether cancellation is still possible. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or picked up by the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

ONCE AN ORDER LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, WE ARE UNABLE TO MODIFY, UPDATE, OR CORRECT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. IN MOST CASES, SHIPPING CARRIERS DO NOT ALLOW ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER A PACKAGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THEIR NETWORK.

In the rare event that an address change is permitted, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to request and arrange any changes.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review all shipping information before submitting your order.

Happy Hygge Gifts is not responsible for delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or any address-related issue, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs, plus a $3 return postage fee charged by the carrier before the package can be resent.

If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, any refund issued will be less the original shipping charges, return postage fees, and any applicable carrier charges incurred by the return.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN ADDRESS ISSUE, FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT, OR REFUSED DELIVERY, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RESHIPPING COSTS PLUS A $3 RETURN POSTAGE FEE. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE THE PACKAGE RESHIPPED, ANY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY RETURN POSTAGE OR CARRIER FEES INCURRED.

PROOF OF DELIVERY AND CARRIER CLAIMS

Happy Hygge Gifts is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). A delivery status marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, including GPS confirmation, delivery scan, photograph, or other carrier-provided proof of delivery, is considered proof of delivery and completion of service.

If a customer believes a package was not received despite a delivery confirmation, we may assist by filing a claim or inquiry with the carrier on the customer's behalf. However, we do not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund unless covered by an optional shipping protection service purchased at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Happy Hygge Gifts is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@happyhyggegifts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
