The ordering process was seamless until the shipping portion. I chose FedEx, paid extra for express shipping to ensure the gift arrived on time. It did not! Arrived two days later than expected for my sister’s significant birthday. Though she loved the gift, I’m disappointed that it took from Monday to Sunday to arrive from CA to NJ. Perhaps your choices for shipping could use some tweaking.
