Great variety: blankets, mugs, candles, journals, tea and treats. Choose a premade basket, add extras or build your own to suit the recipient's tastes and style. They even have baskets for men!
My only snag - editing the cart seemed backward: click checkout, find the shopping bag icon, then another button to edit/remove items. Clunky and confusing, though maybe I'm the one who needs an upgrade
Customer service is A++! Across several emails, a real person replied within an hour or less each time with specific, helpful answers, even sending a screenshot and walking me through the edits. No useless chatbot responses! That personal attention earned my repeat business.

The ordering process was seamless until the shipping portion. I chose FedEx, paid extra for express shipping to ensure the gift arrived on time. It did not! Arrived two days later than expected for my sister’s significant birthday. Though she loved the gift, I’m disappointed that it took from Monday to Sunday to arrive from CA to NJ. Perhaps your choices for shipping could use some tweaking.
