WHAT IS HYGGE

Hygge is a Danish concept that cannot be translated into one single word. Hygge (pronounced “hoo-gah”) is a feeling of cozy contentment and well-being through enjoying the simple things in life. If you've ever enjoyed reading a book indoors on a rainy Sunday or a cup of hot cocoa on a snowy day, you've experienced hygge without even knowing it.

 

HOW CAN I ORDER?

You can order directly on our website or by visiting our store on Etsy www.etsy.com/shop/HappyHyggeGifts

 

CAN I SEND A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes. You can include a gift message with your order once you have added it to your cart.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the US only from our California warehouse.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS

We currently use UPS and USPS services only. At the checkout, you can select the type of shipping you prefer. Shipping rates are provided by each carrier depending on your location and the shipping speed you choose. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Usually, our handling time is 2 business days from the time you placed the order. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. If your order hasn't been shipped you can cancel the order by sending an email to: info@happyhyggegifts.com

 

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@happyhyggegifts.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CORPORATE AND BULK ORDERS?

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, and Google Pay.
