Can I request a substitution for an item in a gift basket?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States from our warehouse in California.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS and USPS. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method based on available options. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your location and the selected delivery speed.
Are the estimated delivery dates at checkout guaranteed?
No, estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over transit times. If you need a gift delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
When will my order ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing support@happyhyggegifts.com as soon as possible.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@happyhyggegifts.com for instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Do you accept corporate and bulk orders?
Yes, we specialize in corporate and bulk gifting! For inquiries, please reach out to us at sales@happyhyggegifts.com to discuss customization options and bulk pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All of our gift boxes are beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you have specific wrapping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders or contact us for assistance with bulk shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not affect our standard order processing time of 1-2 business days.
